The Aggie Allies T-shirt is free for current dues-paying members of Aggie Allies. Suggested membership dues are $12 for the year.

This form is for those who want to host an Aggie Ally Workshop for their department or student organization. If you want to host a session, know that this is a voluntary workshop and will not host if participants are required to attend against their wishes.
The workshop request must be submitted, at minimum, 3 weeks prior to the workshop date.

When submitting a request, please remember first and foremost that Aggie Allies facilitators are comprised solely of faculty, staff, and community members volunteering their time. While Aggie Allies is committed to making as many workshops as possible, our facilitators are full-time employees in other capacities first and foremost. Because of this, there will be times that the Workshop Coordinator will be unable to confirm a request given the academic calendar. This also makes the facilitators unable to commit to requests too far in advance within or beyond the current school year.
Since special request workshops are confirmed based on facilitator availability, the Workshop Coordinator reserves the right to cancel a confirmed workshop if the requestor changes the workshop date or time from the original request time.
Please note that if one of your organization or department members attended an Aggie Allies advance or workshop more than three years ago, we thank them for their continued support by inviting them to complete an Aggie Allies workshop to renew their commitment to being an ally.
